Hello,
1. Edit a page, you can find this option http://prntscr.com/l0rpt6 in Page settings
2. Theme Settings > Portfolio > disable “Related Projects” http://prntscr.com/l0rthr
3. It is possible to create a page, and display projects on it. However, it is not possible to change the URL of the Portfolio.
