You should Purge cache from plugins / CDN or disable it and check again, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

The linked variations are working based on common attributes, which is causing the other weights to be hidden. To display all variations properly, try setting up the products as individual variations with unique attributes like width and weight, rather than linking them. This way, each variation will display correctly, regardless of inconsistent attributes across products.
