Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. Actually, with some of the Demos there are certain Custom Layouts enabled for the Single Product and Archive pages which is why your made changes under the Theme Settings aren’t taking effect on that.

Navigate to Layouts > Edit Single Product layout with WP Bakery and customize it.

01. Sorry to say but it wouldn’t be directly possible as you know the default Single Product page layout comes from WooCommerce end.

But you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Layouts for the Single Product page > and in that Layout you can change or configure the elements accordingly. You can find the Layouts under the Dashboard > Layouts.

The cart/checkout pages come from WooCommerce and our theme cannot influent it. So if you want a similar design, try to find an appropriate plugin for customizing it.

It seems you are using a custom layout created with the WoodMart WooCommerce Builder. To configure the widgets:

Please check the site after removing the browser cache. Actually, the issue is that all the layouts are not available with the demo import, some layouts are imported with the demo. I have assigned the same layout to the smartphone category as well that was created for the other category https://ibb.co/fx0pP37

Now the smartphone category shows the same layout.
