Подскажите как убрать отступ между основным контейнером и футером?

С доступами отправил страницу и настройки, которые применил. Смущают отрицательные значения, нормально ли они работают во всех браузерах?

Добавил страницу, на который отрицательные значения -40 в header и -10 footer
