I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website. Please add an extra class to the title element links that you have added then we will try to target the class and use Custom CSS to change the color. Because if we try to target the <a> then the whole website links will be affected.

If you are unable to assign the extra class then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.wpb_text_column.wpb_content_element a {
color: green;
text-decoration: underline;
}

You can set the color according to your needs.
