I just installed WoodMart themes.
After installation, I decided to check the speed in Google’s page speed:
desktop – 36%
mobile – 30%
– Please help to adjust the speed of the site according to what you wrote in ThemeForest (Page speed).

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like WP Rocket. If you are using WPBakery page builder, then you can reduce the CSS size by disabling those widgets via Dashboard -> WoodMart -> WPBakery CSS Generator (I use Elementor*)

If you are using Elementor then you don’t need to disable WPBakery CSS anyway.
If it didn’t help you then some steps were skipped or not optimized correctly. In general, your performance score is not affected by WoodMart theme.
