100% CPU Uage After Upgrade Theme

Dear Support :
Please check on the attached photo .. after we upgrade the theme to the lastest version .. On our dedicated server, CPU + Memory usage keep using near 100% ..
We have been tried disabling all plugins and enabling them one by one .. We are still not able to find the problem ..

Also, please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily as well as the child theme.
