2 problems. 1 no header builder 2 error id 74

1- I have no content in my header builder tried reinstalling removing i trashed the timer page nothing changed see screen shot
2- wp error mail chimp id 74 i took the code i replaced the existing code in the backend page edit it worked so i dont see error but the button did not work plus i still have the message when i open from the header button see screen shot

Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme, clear browser cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
2) Please provide the URL of the page where you displayed the MailChimp form to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hi the problem # 1 is fixed but i still dont know what 3rd paty plugging is the culprit i guess i have to go one by one but much appreciate your help

You can activate the plugins one by one and check which plugin is causing the issue in your case.
And for the mailchimp please make sure you have configured your mailchimp account correctly.
