Hello,

You are using two same sliders on the same page, please remove one of them and check, it would work well.

You have provided limited access I cannot check the header. Please grant me admin rights and access to the whole admin area.

As for the AJAX: deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

Activate the parent theme.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

But this opens up another problem. When Advanced scripts controls has the disabled status, then ALWAYS LOAD or ON DEMAND is not used, but the settings that were set when the enabled status are used. The user does not see and does not know which script settings are disabled for him.

In the description of the Advanced scripts controls function, it is written that the Theme independently loads scripts, if they are needed. But we just saw that this does not work and the theme does not download the necessary fonts on its own.

3. I have set the global Montserrat font to Elementor and the thickness does not change again. Yes, I see that it works for you.

Hello,

When you install the theme for the first time, “On-demand” option has been enabled. And the script is loaded if it is necessary.
If you are aware of what scripts never needed, you configure the appropriate settings.

Fonts have no relation to the scripts. You need to disable the fonts in the Global settings and use only the theme fonts. Please refer to the Elementor documentation https://elementor.com/help/global-fonts/

As soon as you disable the Elementor the font would work properly regardless you settings in the JS.

The global font can be used by elements on the pages if the user chooses to use the global font Elementor. But they also may not be used if the user on the page has not chosen to use them. Pages and footers are different. Footer uses theme settings. This is a wrong decision if you need to remove some of the functionality for the theme to work.

Please watch this video carefully. If you do not understand, then look again. Automatic loading of scripts does not work. The position of the “On” and “Off” button does not work. Because the settings of the saved button position below work. If it is set to “Enabled” and the settings are hidden, then the user does not know which settings are applied.

We need to tell the developers to fix this problem. When set to “On”, the default “on demand” settings should be set.

The advanced script controls just hide visually hide or show additional script settings, however, this option does not influence the script settings as they are, this option does not reset any setting to the default state.

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows inserting your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

If you want to use font-weight 100, then you need to upload this font via Theme Settings -> Typography -> Custom fonts. Currently, you have 400, 500, and 600 weights.

This is a test site. We have been discussing this problem for 3 weeks already. When we started the discussion, the site was using Google Font. But in 3 weeks several changes were made to it.

I have now brought back Google Fonts. You can see now that only 400-500-600 can be used. But other options 100-200-300, 700-800-900 are impossible, but these values are available in the header setting.

Test it, commit and fix it in future updates. I started the ticket just for you to see it and fix it later. It’s not urgent now.
