360 Degree Product View doesn’t work

    Hi there

    I’ve just tested the 360 degree product view (Woocommerce). After uploading a few images to the product on the 360 degree section in Woocommerce, I can see the button showing up on the frontend.

    However, when I try to open the 360 degree view, it doesn’t properly open (see screenshot below). It only shows a “0%” loader.

    Could you kindly provide the product URL where we can check that.

    Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

    Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
