    HI, any changes i make in my website with regards footers/page titles etc do not save and also changes to text boxes etc dont show on a F5 refresh for example. I have cleared caches many times and turned off cache on server – could these be connected? WOuld i need to update to 4.0.2 first? if so when will the update be put through wordpress panel in appearances?

    Hello,

    Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them.

    If the problem remains, please and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    i have deleted them
    already then updated to 4.0.1 problem started today

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and update the theme to 4.0.2, please take into consideration these tips https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/

    when will theme update be availble through Appearance/Themes on wordpress as when i did it manually i messed it last time lol

    You need to activate the theme. Please find the instruction on how to update the theme via admin panel https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    Most problems with an update via the admin area, provided the theme has been activated, are caused by the host configuration.
