    Hi,
Updated to Woocommerce 3.2.1 and the latest Basel Release (Oct 25th 2017)
and I’m suddenly getting 404’s for the Checkout page and others.
    Switched themes – error persists.
    Toggled Force SSL error persists.
Page is there and linked to. Shortcode is in page. Permalinks updated.

Enabled WP_DEBUG I’m getting these fatal errors

    Hi,

Thank you for choosing our theme and contacting us.

But if the error persists even with other themes then it is not caused by our Basel theme, right?
Could you please provide us your admin access so we can check the configuration?

    Regards

Hi, thanks for the swift response. I thought that too, but Basel Child is named in the error log.

    Had this from Woocommerce support:

It seems that a function(basel_get_opt) is missing. Are you using a child theme? Is this function from the parent theme or another theme? May be you changed the main theme or the function was replaced with something else? Try looking in that direction.

I did update the main theme today which is when it stopped working.

Thanks in advance for your help.

But the error you sent doesn’t appear on the checkout page and if the checkout doesn’t work when our theme is turned off then it is caused by some of the installed plugins but not because of the theme. We suggest you to disable all additional plugins to check if the issue is caused by some of them. Then, try to switch to default WordPress theme.

Fixed – turns out my host had swapped servers and wasn’t reading my .htaccess file correctly. (Grrr…)

Thanks again for all your help and apologies for wasting any of your time.
Hopefully the information above will come in useful.
