500 Error message

    3 problems:

    1)I keep getting that 500 error message every second and eats up most of my CPU resource. How can i fix this?

    2)I used slider revolution on my homepage. I have no problems on laptops & mobile devices,but when viewed on desktop, i see a basel child theme & no image at all. Why & how can i fix this?

    3)How do i download the latest update of theme and how should i upload it to my site?Please guide through the steps, im a layman in all of this. Thank you.

    Hello,

    1/ Please contact your host support as our theme does not cause such an error nor has any options to solve it.

    2/ First of all, enter the editing mode of the page where the Slider Revolution displayed. Check which one is used as shown here: http://prntscr.com/isshej Then find this slider in the Slider Revolution plugin as shown: http://prntscr.com/issi0h Finally delete and add the layer again.     3/ Upload the recent version of the theme from Themeforest account and update your theme following these instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/update-theme/
