500 redirect after Woodmart Core is activated

    Hi dear support.

    We bought the theme from you a couple days ago. It’s installed on the latest WP version, demo imported but there’s an issue with its frontend display.

    It gives “HTTP ERROR 500”.

    Hi,

    500 Internal Error says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     Hi dear support.

    Thank you for your reply. We already tried all of the things listed in the WP Beginner article but the issue is still there. We also contacted hosting support.

    Error log was showing some errors related to the memory limit. They had lifted the memory limit but the issue is still there.

    When we disable the theme plugin “Woodmart Core” everything works properly.

    Can you please inspect it more closely?

    We also tried testing it on another server and it’s still not working…

    As we said, we are not able to see what is wrong when 500 error occurs. Only hosting providers may check the error log to understand the nature of the problem.

    The error says that you still have not enough PHP memory limit. Contact your host to increase it.

    Ok, here are the credentials to our other server that we use for test purposes, where the limit is already increased.

    This problem can be fixed by the host only. We can’t manage your server configuration.
