gaudenis.juraviciusParticipantHello,
I have problems with WPRocket once I press clear cache I get 504 Gateway Time-out, after a second or two I can refresh it and it gets back to normal. Also my website speed got really really bad, have no idea what happened. I turned of so many plugins but nothing helped. Anyone had similar problem?
Cheers-

gaudenis.juraviciusParticipantseems like downgrading php database to 7.4 did the job. Website speed is still terrible. I use premium wprocket + CDN. At this point have no idea how to find the problem. All of my images are 100 kb maaax.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Our theme is optimized for speed and should not significantly slow down your website. However, it’s possible that your website’s performance is affected by the content you have added. For instance, the use of too many plugins, large unoptimized images, or other resources can slow down your website.
We recommend that you remove any unnecessary plugins and install a JS & CSS optimization plugin such as WP Rocket. Our guide on how to optimize your website using our themes can be found here: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Kind regards

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?
Kind Regards

gaudenis.juraviciusParticipantNo prob, thank you so much mate. If you have any suggestion let me know. Also to addition to that how can I make so there wont be tabs “Additional infomation” and “Product specification” (As seen per picture (this is a single product page)) but contininuous page. Tabs would be “expanded” all the time so continious scrolling. (sorry for butchered English, hopefully understandable)
Cheers

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Looks like the access is not working: https://prnt.sc/0u0l5cDT8X3U, could you please update it?
Check this article to hide those tabs: https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-remove-additional-info-tab-products/
Kind Regards

gaudenis.juraviciusParticipantSorry, no prob check it now.
I deactivated all plugins on my staging enviroment, speed test improved only from 30 to ~45. Perhaps I did something wrong I have no idea. But all my image sizes are under 100kb.March 19, 2024 at 2:20 pm #550312
gaudenis.juraviciusParticipant“https://www.businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-remove-additional-info-tab-products/” as per this one, yes it hides the tabs but perhaps there was lack of communication from me. The tabs them selves I want to hide but the content have to stay. So when you scroll down on the product page there should be the content of those tabs but not tabs them selves. Continious scroll, where visitor should need to press those tabs to see all the content in them

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
1. Navigate to the site settings of the Elementor and remove all fonts from Google here: https://prnt.sc/TJ_gz4G0laQ1 , https://prnt.sc/icafLAO_BX-d
2. In this case, create a product layout and define elements like “Product reviews” and “Product additional information table”, etc. Actually, you have such elements defined there, just remove titles: https://prnt.sc/TpkBEiofXVN5
Kind Regards
