1. How to make product characteristics on the category page always open?
I turned on the option in the theme settings.

Hello,

1. It’s not a filter area. Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Widgets and disable the “Shop sidebar widgets collapse” option.

Hello,

2. Scrolling only works with our widgets like “Woodmart Woocommerce Layered Nav”. In your case, you use a default widget so they don’t have such functionality.

3. Those swatches options: https://take.ms/D6wWo work when you have enabled the “Swatches” functionality in the settings of the attribute, e.g I have enabled the “Text swatch” for 1 of your attribute: https://take.ms/TTWOA , so as a result it shows such styles as I choose here: https://take.ms/D6wWo , https://prnt.sc/g0aQAoeLC0gk
