ABILITY TO SET PREDEFINED 'PAGE SETTING' BOX OPTIONS FOR ALL POSTS FROM THE BLOG

I was wondering if there is a way to have predefined options when we hit Add New Posts to avoid selecting the same things every single time. In my case, when I hit new post I would like to have:
– My ‘blog sidebar’ as custom sidebar.
– Sidebar size ‘medium’.
– Header above the content checked.
– Page title size ‘small’.
– Always the same image for the page heading.
– Text color for heading ‘light’.
