about layout builder

Dear Support

I try to follow below doc to create a single product layout

After i choose the layout and i click create , it have nothing there and i cant choose elementor to create

Can you kinldy let me know what wrong i done ?

also other question is the html block, is it possible to use elementor as a editor ?

for the html block ,
example the Lamp extra content, it should be a elementor content , but when i try to edit it , it cant choose the elementor as a editor

may i know ehere can i set it ?
