About products displayed on the top page of the shop page

All products are always displayed on the top page of the shop page.
The function to edit these can be set by appearance> customization> woocommerce or product edit page.
But I want to show only products that belong to any selected category.
Is there a way?

Unfortunately, you could not display the products of only the selected category on the shop page.

Because the shop page is controlled by WooCommerce and its default behavior is set to display all the products. So when you select a category all the products of the category and the sub categories are displayed on the shop page. Its WooCommerce default behavior and our theme doesn’t influence this.
