avesjackParticipantHello. I am a user who recently asked a question about WoodMart.
I have purchased this product. I would be glad if you could help me out regarding the setup of this wonderful theme. How can I set up an “Ask a question” where customers can ask questions about the product?
I chose “WPBakery” as my page builder.Attachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You need to install and activate the Contact form plugin from Appearance > Install plugins.
Your next step is to create a contact form: you need to determine which fields you want to fill out: for example, mail, e-mail, phone, subject, and others. You can find the detailed documentation with the step by step instructions here: https://contactform7.com/docs/
Best Regards

avesjackParticipantCreated.
Please tell me the next steps.September 7, 2021 at 10:41 pm #317072
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. Create HTML block (it is a custom post type) allowing create any template in your builder: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/
2. Add the popup widget or element: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
3. Insert your contact form shortcode in the body of the popup.
4. Add this created HTML block in the Theme Settings – > Single product – > Add to cart options -https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#before_after
As the result, you will have the button that would call the popup with the contact form inside.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You can insert one and the same popup content in this area either before Add to cart button or after.
You need to create an HTML block (custom post type) and add the Popup widget into this block, as you add any other Elementor widgets. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ the Popup widget is provided by the WoodMart theme: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
You will enter the widget and configure it as per your needs. Each option has a definition so it would not be difficult.
As soon as your HTML with the Popup is ready, you will need to insert the shortcode ID into the appropriate area: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#before_after
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards

avesjackParticipantThank you for your kindness.
I was finally able to set it up.However, using Contact form 7, the email sent does not seem to be authenticated.
Therefore, when I check them in Gmail, the icon shows a question mark.
What can I do to avoid this?Attachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I am afraid the WoodMart theme does not influence that and cannot change. You can test on any other theme and see the same, no theme influences. This is the matter between plugin and mail sever.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
