About the mobile page bottom

When I visit the website from my mobile phone, Cart and My account appear at the bottom of the page as shown below.
Please also tell me how to not show Cart and My account, please do not use css code to achieve this. I need to delete the code that generates Cart and My account directly, so that the right mouse button to view the source code of the web page, there is also no link address for the 2 icons Cart and My account.

I can not understand what you means. My questions is very clear, please tell me how to fix my question, it is imported your demo.
You can tell me which you program file in your themes where I can delete the Cart and My account code, I can create the same file to delete the Cart and My account code in my child theme.
