Accordion is not collapsing when used in an Html Block

we noticed that the accordion element is not collapsing when used in an HTML Block.
Is there a way to fix it?

I have visited the URL you provided and saw the screenshot you attached. Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate parent theme. Clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then provide admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

I have logged into your website and it seems that you are not using the latest versions of the theme. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of theme and the recommended plugins.

Then Go to WoodMart >> CSS Generator >> Generate CSS file. Clear cache and check back.

I have logged into your website and created a new HTML Block named Accordion testing and add some sections in it and add it to the shipping & delivery tab from the single product page and its working absolutely fine on my end.
