The account 082020 does not have permission to edit published posts or drafts.
The account oson05607 can edit drafts but does not have permission to edit published posts.
Both accounts have the same administrator role.
Please help ensure that both accounts have permission to edit both published posts and drafts.

Go to Profile > Search for account oson05607 > Click administrator.
In the window that appears, you will see both red and black text.
All of them are checked.
What does the red text mean?

When I go to Profile > User Role Editor, I don’t see the Administrator role listed.
Do I need to add the role separately to grant those permissions?
Could you please explain the purpose of the User Role Editor menu?
