ACF image in Layout builder

We are trying to render some images via ACF for product pages but using Layout builder > Product meta value widget this render only the ID image and not the image itself.
Can you please help?

The widget displays only the post meta value.

It also requires complicated customization to make it work, which is out of our basic support.
