Activate theme license

When I try to activate the template, an API Request Error error appears. Contact server providers and request that the OpenSSL system library be updated to version 1.0+.
Knowing that I contacted the hosting provider to solve the problem, they told me that they have no problem and that the hosting works with version 1.0
Please solve this problem
