Hello,
I need to update my Woodmart theme, but I am having issues as described below. Please help.

He used the Woodmart child theme.
I am now having errors with Woocommerce that I need to update my theme.
The developer did not authorize this theme, and therefore it does not auto update.
I purchased the Woodmart theme from Envato, and inputted the code into the theme license section of Woodmart on my dashboard.
It validated this license.
However, when I updated the theme the entire site crashed, including my Dashboard, and the only way I could get the site back was to reinstall it from my host (Bluehost) in the backups there.
The website developer says he is too busy to help me, and it has been that way for several weeks. How can I fix this problem? I have no problem paying for the license (I have), and would like to update it myself now and in the future.
