Activation fail

im trying to activate this theme with no success, it always fails for some reason
i checked the status and all seem to look like its fine.

anything else we should check for?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

As we can see, the theme is already activated. Could you please clarify what is wrong with it?

actually its not activate and cannot import the dummy data either
