Add a ‘section’ before blog grid in the blog page

Hi,

I would like to add an Elementor section before the blog grid in the blog page. Like an intro.
I tried in the template->layout to create a new layout but blog page is not included.
How can I get it?

I tried to add that section also by using default WordPress page editor, but after saving the page I get the modifies in the backend page, but nothing changes in live site.

The blog page is the functional page and it is not editable.

You need to create a custom page, insert a block you wish, and then insert a blog widget to get the template you wish: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/elements-and-widgets/
