Add brand and size in sigle page product

Hi, I can’t add the dropdown menu inside the single product page to choose the sizes. Some products have it, some don’t and I don’t understand why. I am attaching photos to better understand what I mean.

Hi, thank you for your response. I have another question. It’s possible to change shape of brand from circle to rettangle because the name of the brand not see very good how you can see from the photo. Thanks!

I not means the label discount on the product but I mean how to change the label of brand from circle to rettangle in the box of information where you select brand and size.
