Add Html Block to a Menu

Hi, it is not clear how the link “Makita” in Categoris Megamarket menu is linked with a specific html Block so that i’m not able to redo, I just want to understand how to do that so I can build all the specific block menu for this site as it was at default woodmart website. Thanks

Anyway it is not clear why the dfault woodmarket submenu design wasn’t set as “Set size” but anyway it runs.
