Add order notes to order review table in checkout?

Hey,
Is there a possibility to add the order notes you see on the table in the thank you page to the table on the checkoutpage as well?

Unfortunately, you cannot edit the checkout page and add anything. Woocommerce does not provide such an option and our theme does not ether.
