You need to create a menu. Here is the instructions on how to use the Header builder and show the menu: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/header-builder/add-edit-builder-elements/ You need to create a menu in Appearance > Menu and show it by means of Secondary menu.
