add some features to products

i want to add some boxes to my product but i dont know from where i can do this customizations
for example i want to add one more thab to descriptions
or i want to add delivery time in the title box
can u help me please

you know, i add the layout page, but its not shown in the product page
where should i choose the layout page for the main structure of products?
becuase the layout of single product exsist but not works
