Add Telephone Number

How do I add a telephone number to the header?

I have tried the widget for header text. I do not want it in the top bar, I want it in the header

Not sure what it is called but I have attached an image of the selection, it’s the first option

Sorry, but this header doesn’t have a place for the phone number. You can add it to the top bar only.
