I would like to ask if you can assist with a similar issue that others have experienced. When we add to cart, it shows up in the pop up box but as soon as you select ‘view cart’ – it shows the cart to be empty.
I have performed research and the cart on mobile and desktop is the same. Could you please have a look – what information do you need? I have added our login details.At the same time, we can’t update our theme as it gives the error you see on the attached file

Please update the theme plugin and all related plugins. In addition, update the Woocommerce database. We recommend making the full backup of your site before updating. Find our documentation tutorial about this here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
In case the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not created to the theme and check how it works. Then activate one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

When I try to follow the steps on the link you sent, it doesn’t work.
I deactivate the theme, then I go to dashboard and click check again and when I go back to activate the theme it seems as though it is activate again without me doing anything.When i try ot update the theme it gives me the same error. Please assist?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.

You need to update your theme and all the related plugins.
1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
4. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
If it does not help, make the full backup of your site and update via FTP https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
If you need help, provide FTP access to the private area.

Then activate the plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.
Finally, activate the license in your theme.

I have deactivated all but those plugins and it still doesn’t work?
It seems that if you add products from the home page (see attached) then it carries through the the cart but if you select products from the mega menu/html blocks then it doesn’t carry through to your cart.Please can you investigate? I have kept all plugins deactivated for now.

Your menu just has the links to the product page.

The previous screen was made by adding the product from the shop page.
Please describe the actions step by step to reproduce the problem.

dommi11ParticipantIf you add a product from the home page to you cart and you select ‘view cart’ then it works.
If you add a product from the menu or shop page and you select view cart –> those products don’t show up in your cart – the only products that show up are the ones that you added from the home page.Your videos show this too. In the second video – when you added the noodle to the cart and selected view cart. The only products in the cart were from the first video.
Does this make sense?

Please clear the browser cache and try to do it once again, let me know if you still do not see the product in the cart added from the shop page.
