Add to cart button under the price

I’d like to add the “ADD TO CART” button exactly under the product price. See the link below.
Could you please tell me how to do it?
Which file should I edit?

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached. Unfortunately, you couldn’t change the position of the add to cart button on the product quick view. It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
