Add to cart in shop page / license

Hello, first of all, I have a problem on my website. When a user tries to add to cart a product with variation on the shop page, they get this message:

You can add a maximum of PRODUCT NAMEs to your cart. You already have 0.

This is strange as it only appears on some products. Adding the item in the cart on the product page works perfect.

Also, the second question, I bought the woodmart theme and developed a website on a subdomain, and now I’ve moved the subdomain on the main domain. I have no issue right now, and in the site everything seems fine, however on this site (xtemos) it still appears that my license is on the subdomain. Should I do something about it? Thank you

1. I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

If it doesn’t help, please provide me with temporary wp-admin access to Private Content area, I will debug that issue.

2. You need to deactivate the theme on the subdomain and reactivate on the main website. If you removed the theme from subdomain then you can remove this activation in your account on https://xtemos.com/
