Add to cart loading animation does not show on mobile

    Hi, can you help why does the add to cart animation does not show up anymore on mobile at the shop page.

    First click that cart button, then variation options will be shown, then click add to cart after choosing the variation.

    Hello,

    The animation is called by hover. The mobile version does not have a hover effect. Everything works on click.

    I have checked and adding to cart of a variable product works properly.

    Hi, there are two steps of “add to cart” button in shop page, first click on the white/black cart button below, it shows animation on the product image, but the second click on the green cart button which I circle in red does not have animation on mobile, I know it works by click in mobile, but even after clicking, it does not shows the circle animation.

    Hello,

    I have checked the adding to the cart process on mobile and saw the spinning circle while adding. Your site works in the same way as our demo site. It is the way it works on mobile.

    Please specify the problem, if any.

    Hi, please have a look at the screen recorder video. Do you see what I see ? No circle animation on green cart. The problem is at the 10th seconds

    On the mobile device, when I select the option on a variable product and click the green add to cart I see the spinning circle. Try to check on the real device, you are checking by narrowing the browser.

    Hi, of course I check with real device, the narrow browser is just for recording the screen purpose. Do you make sure you are in a shop page ? homepage, not in single product page, because single product page it works.

    A very good thing that I see how you interact with my website via Hotjar.com , which records the user interaction in video, you are in Ukraine right ? Browser firefox, using android device.

    I can say, you DIDN”T click the green add to cart button !!! You click the cart button below then when the variation appear, you click “cross” close button instead, you didn’t scroll down to see another green colour “cart” button ! You didn’t add the item into the cart !

    Why are you not honest with me ? You said you click on the add to cart button AFTER the variation appear, it’s very unprofessional 🙁

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area I will check once more.

    Forget it, I would rather solve this myself or another staff to help me solve this. I know I still need you in the future, but I am just too disappointed to work with you now. You also act like if nothing happened !

    And don’t say “check once more” when you didn’t even properly check them in the first place.

    First of all, sorry for the misunderstanding. We are clearly seeing the issue on your site (https://gyazo.com/3fc967191331072a904fc75b3d03302f).

    We have checked your site product’s HTML structure and found the difference between the default theme structure and your site:

    https://prnt.sc/pexziw – Default theme
    https://prnt.sc/pey04j – Your site

    As we can see one of your third party plugins added <span class="xoo-wsc-icon-checkmark xoo-wsc-icon-atc"></span> to your quick shop add to cart button and prevents the appearance of the loading class in the add to cart button, which is responsible for displaying the loader.

    We do not know exactly which of the plugins is responsible for this behavior. You can provide us with admin access to your site so that we can find the plugin causing this issue or you can ourselves try to turn off third-party plugins, which are somehow connected with the process of adding products to the cart and check how the quick shop works.

    @erwin Thanks for the help, and take a real look on what happened, I know the plugin that cause this issue now, will take it from there.

    But I would like to say, it’s CLEARLY NOT MISUNDERSTANDING or CONFUSION though. If you or anyone want to see the video of how he/she interacted with the site, I can attach a link here. There wasn’t GREEN CART button that he click, yet he said he did. So there’s NO MISUNDERSTANDING.
