adding tags to the shop banner

Hey
I would like to know how can I tags (I prefer tags but if not possible I will use categories) to this shop banner https://i.imgur.com/BCHskSj.png and to decide when to display them and when not to display them. For example I will have a tag called father’s day and I will want to show it here on father’s day only, without effecting the rest of the site. How can I do this?

Sorry it is not possible to display some specific product categories on some specific dates. There is no such option in theme settings.

It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

You can try some third party plugins at your own risk to display some specific products from time to time.
