additional pages / contact page

How do I add a contact page using the themes template and editing it?

When I go to additional pages it doesn’t let me click on the option to select an additional page. It’s just greyed out.

There may be other pages we could use there too.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

What is the parent theme?

“activate the parent theme”

The theme is obviously Woodmart. There are no other themes installed.

And what do you mean by: “tell me with the permissions to debug”?

Parent theme means that if you are using parent theme then make sure that the main theme is activated.

And also deactivate all the third party plugins not related to the theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

I can’t see anything called parent theme under themes. As I say there is only your Woodmart theme installed. So I guess this isn’t applicable.

I’ve disabled all the other plugins, and I still can’t download additional pages.

I have logged into your website and checked that you haven’t imported the demo yet.

Please Import the base data then clear cache and check back.

Then the options to import the additional pages will work.

I didn’t add the demo part as I thought it would add a lot of things not needed.

So I just added it and I’ve now lost all the edits I made before.

I only wanted to use the contact form template.

Can I get back the design I had before downloading the demo?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available to get all the changes back after importing the demo. Unless you have a backup.
