How can I do this?

If you mean “Thank you page” you can configure it in the Theme Settings > Shop > Thank you page.

Hi, I’ve made a thank you page… But how can I connect it? So that the page is shown when orer is placed?

This page should be shown automatically when you complete the checkout page. If it does not appear, most likely you have configured the Woocommerce not correctly.
