Admin Ajax makes my site slow.

Hi!

Recently, my server CPU reached 100% often, so I asked for help with what was wrong with my Webhosting CS persons(Cloudways. Check the attachment 02 file)

One of my shops which is used Woodmart theme has a Admin-ajax. PHP problem and she, Cloudways C/S person, told me like this.

She said
‘This app: foodology-us.com seems to have caused load. It has admin Ajax requests which causes slowness as well, there are some other URL’s related to the index page that should be optimized by developer.’
and then she shared the attached file(attachment 01)

So, please let me know what is wrong and what should I do to solve this problem.

Hello,

We checked the provided screenshot and see that these requests are not related to the WoodMart theme. The admin-ajax.php file is part of the core WordPress functionality and can be affected by various plugins and custom scripts.
