After 1 month building website with Woodmart, here's some problem i'm facing now

1. How to ADD TO CART faster like what happen in your website Becuz my website took like forever to ADD TO CART any product

Is it becuz ?

– HOsting/VPS/Server you use
– Plugins you use?

Please tell me which hosting/VPS or plugins u are using that can make website faster

2. How to make a logo SVG like you?

3. The language setting after theme update is gone in loco translate? I translate most of the word and then UPdate the theme manually then all the translatetion is Gone in LOCO TRANSLATE. How to fix?

4. Emoji on the Review woocommerce does not show even though i tried so many plugins to disable the emoji. It only show SQUARE icon for any emoticon.

5. I want size guide, project, slide to disappear from the admin bar without installing other plugins, just by deleting your own code or using snippet.

6. When i enable Pagination for Woocommerce Review. The Discription is GONE after i click to the next page to read the remain review of that product.

7. Can i have Review Woocommerce with ajax pagination?

Hello,

1) The add to cart speed depends on the server. This should be checked with default theme, without plugins and with hosting provider.

2) We don’t have guides for creating such graphics.

3) You can restore your site from the backup or if you have translation backup files then upload the .po and .mo files in wp-content/languages/loco/themes/woodmart-pt_PT.po folder or go to Loco >> Themes >> Edit the translation file >> Click on the Relocate tab >> and set the Custom option and save it: http://prntscr.com/oz42ws All your translations would be back.

4) To fix the emoji you can check the below article:

6) To set a gap between ADD A REVIEW and pagination use the below css in “Custom CSS for mobile landscape” and “Custom CSS for mobile” from Theme Settings >> Custom Css:

For the description issue, please send me the WP admin login details of site so I will check the issue why the description removed on the second page of review.

1. For the Site Review Part

My website is in another language so you might get trouble to fix any thing. So i really suggest you to to a DEMO site since the problem remain the same

Beside that, i test this on a brand new website already and same thing happen.

On my website, i try to hide the Description title so the thing is when the desscirption GONE, i can not click anywhere to read the description: http://prntscr.com/p1nvmf

On the demo website, when the description GONE (after i click on pagination), i still have the description TITLE to click and The Whole description will appear again.

But in the end, it still look so weird.

If i use the REVIEW LOCATION theme option as SEPERATE, this will happen but when i go for TABs, of course everything is fine, but seriouly i dont want to use TABs since it does not look good at all for me.

1) I have tested that module. Those are the wp bakery element “text block” which goes hidden in the next page of reviews as exist in the first one. So that’s why you must have to use the tabs, so those elements goes under the description tab and you will be able to see the description also with the second page.

And your actual short description is shown alright even if you switch to the second page. You just have to turn on the description from the Theme Options >> Product page >> Show/hide elements >> Short description:

1. No i never mention about SHORT DESCRIPTION at all, i dont care about it.

i only talk with you about description of product. It’s not about text block of WPBakery.

On the brand new website demo, i just put normal text for the description and it still disappear after i click on PAGINATION.

NO TEXT BLOCK or whatsoever, just plain text and still disappear.

Just check on it again.

4. What i mean is you have 2 form on the account page, both LOGIN and REGITER FORM

Mine only have 1 form and i need to click on REGISTER button to have the REGISTER FORM. and LOGIN to switch back

5. Information BOX is an elements of your theme, you can just create it by yourself and test with the CSS. You can see it in WPBakery element provide by your theme when you build website with WPBakery. Not mine.

1) As the default WooCommerce does not have the option to hide the tabs. But on your site tabs are hidden and it seems that you hide those tabs via your custom code. And that plain text which gets disappear because you don’t use the tabs and that plain text is designed to display under the description tab.

So you have to show the tabs again by removing your custom code. So that text will goes under the description tab. This is the only way you can use the pagination of reviews and that content will not hidden as it is under the tab. This works on my test site you can check in the below screenshot:

4) I also have the same functionality on my test site that i have to click on the register button to view the Registration form and then click again on login to see the login form. This is the default functionality provided by the theme.
In case if you want to change that functionality it requires customisation.

5) To display the button of the information box to the right side. Please insert the below css code in Theme Setting >> CUSTOM CSS >> Global Custom CSS:

6) Number of reviews can’t be displayed on the front page(shop page) except for quick view of the product or the product detail page. To display the total number of reviews on the product card on the shop page requires customisation and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

But the thing is even with BRAND NEW SITE, this happen too. With no hidding anything at all + Plain text + NO PLUGINs + NO CSS CODE => Still disappear

IT ONLY APPEAR when i click on the title AGAIN and that’s really stupid.
