after update to latest version, css broken

After updating to version 6.3.1, the theme no longer displays css correctly in the top menu and sidebar.

I attach screenshots of the site (in staging version, not live).

I have performed all the steps required for the upgrade and css minification is disabled.

This issue is caused by customization in the Child Theme. Try to switch to the parent theme and check how it works.
