Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, please send access to the admin panel.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. The issue with the empty header is related to the disabled separate cache in the cache plugin settings: https://prnt.sc/Q8lCfHB1QYJJ. The thing is the “Mobile DOM optimization (experimental)” option works well only with the separate cache, in your case it is disabled so you have such an issue.
2. As for the messed up content, try to disable the “Optimize CSS delivery” option in Wp Rocket -> Settings -> File optimization: https://prnt.sc/9E9ZOmN2l4Mr, then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
We checked your site and see such a problem that when we add color in the settings of some sections, these changes are not available on the frontend, and this is related to all the options that generate CSS, and when we upload a picture through media, it is also not displayed. So please check how it works on the default theme, e.g. set the color for the section.
Kind Regards

2. I downloaded and installed the theme from the official website. After I replaced the old theme, there was a problem with css causing web page errors. Is there any professional who can help me solve it quickly?

Is there any technician who can help me with this?
Now my website is online, and page confusion has a great impact on my website.May 14, 2024 at 11:56 am #565464
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
This problem is not related to our theme, because as we can see from your screenshots, the CSS problem also exists on the default theme and unfortunately we cannot influence it. I suggest you contact server support for further solutions.
I do hope you would remain as our valued customer and thank you for your time.
Kind Regards
