Ajax Elements not working

I use the Woodmart theme on my website. However, when I try to add Ajax product element or one of the theme elements, the added element does not appear.

I added ajax banner in the attached image. But it doesn’t appear on this site or editing screen.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area.

Please update the theme and Woocommerce, and deactivate YITH WooCommerce Product Add-ons and Classic editor and provide the page URL with the problem and which element are you trying to add.
