Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

I disabled and tested, there is not any extra plugin.

You have 30 seconds timeout on your server. Please, increase this parameter to 180 seconds and try to run the import again.

You increase PHP limit but there is some kind of limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

I gave you wordpress admin access, i added 300seconds please check screenshots. if you want i can give you an access for server. i dont use hosting.

As I said, you increased the limit for the PHP, but you have some additional limits (not for PHP) on your hosting server. That is why you need to contact your hosting provider for help.
