Hello,

As you are getting an error “Import AJAX problem” while importing base content.

You might miss something or install the theme in an improper manner.

Kindly read and follow the below documentation for an appropriate installation:

In case it is still displaying that error then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide your admin login details.
