AJAX Import Error

Hey Artem!

we are using your Theme since a few years. Never had Issue with Import.

Since Update version 6.5.3 i also got the Import AJAX Error. We did not add any additional Plugins to the Network since then.
Could you please check that?

FYI: I already deactivated all Plugins except all required. Was not the error.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

And then try to import, make sure you upload the demo on the parent theme.

Sometimes I wonder if you even read the questions. That’s why I wrote it specifically.

We had already deactivated all plugins except the NECESSARY ones. That was not the mistake.

Import runs to 100% but we got Missing Menus, Pages (except Home) and missing Products on each Demo Import.

You need to create your own menu and assign it in the Appearance > Menu.

Each demo contains the Home page and several others not to overload the server.

Also, the demo content is influenced by the existing content.

If you want to upload the demo correctly, please upload the demo to clear the new installation.
