AJAX import error.

hello i tried to import some demos but this is what i got as an error “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

i have disabled all plugins + i have used the parent theme
please see the ftp logins

please see what is the problem and i need to solve this ASAP

also if you enter see that once the WPML plugin is active i cant enter elementor editor , please check this problem too

Switch to the parent theme, and deactivate all the plugins.

thanks it was the update to woodmart core from 1.0.27 to 1.0.33 which solve the problem

i need now to make the scroll to top icon to not change its position with LTR pages
‘ i need it to be fixed and not reverse the position ‘
can you give me the css code for it ?
